The Scholastic Art Awards recognizes excellence in the visual arts. This year 6 artists were awarded 9 awards! Their work will be displayed at the Maine College of Art and Design in Portland.

We are celebrating Valentine's Day and National Library Lovers' Month with Blind Date With a Book. A trend where you pick a book without knowing what it is based on a few small glimpses of information like the genre, first line, or recommendation!

We are wrapping up the winter sports season and celebrating the accomplishments of teams and individuals who have achieved great things over the course of their season and the 14 Senior Athletes who maintained a 90 or above average throughout their high school career.

Spring Sports Sign-Ups

Spring sports sign-ups are out today. If you are interested in participating in baseball, softball, lacrosse, or track, please sign up outside the 2nd office. For now, all sign-ups are for 7th and 8th grade with the exception of track. Track will be open to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students.

Winter Fun Day

Winter Fun Day will be held on February 14.

Course Registration Information

It may seem early but as we move into semester two it's time to start thinking about registering for next year's classes. Guidance has had meetings with each grade to review graduation and that information is attached here with the course book. It's a good time to have conversations with our students about their progress and goals.
