Two of our students were elected to the state FBLA board as president and secretary. The student chosen as secretary was also honored as the New Member of the Year! Five different students placed in the top three of an event a total of 10 times, and four teams placed in the top three for the team competitions. Twice our students came in first, seven times second, and four times fourth. One student racked up five different awards, including a $2,500 scholarship to Thomas College; one of our teams also won a $1,500 scholarship.

The team also got to spend time with a service dog from Mission Working Dogs, which was the state FBLA service project.

The FBLA advisor, Regina Savage, was also recognized as the Chapter Advisor of the Year, based on the success of her students this was well deserved! Congratulations to our Future business leaders!
