medications at school

Most medications can be given before or after school. Contact your school nurse if there is a medication that must be given during the school day. All prescription medication must be in an original, properly labeled bottle with the student's name, name of the medication, and prescribing instructions  All over-the-counter medications must be in an original container and may only be given according to the dose guidelines on the label. We also need a parent permission form in order to administer any medication. Please contact your child's school nurse if you have any questions or concerns.
