Our golf team represented Mt. Blue with outstanding golf etiquette! This team was awarded the Class A North Sportsmanship team award recipient as voted on by their opponents.

The Boys Soccer team finished with a 4 - 9 - 1 record and a 10th place finish in Class A North. They barely missed out on a playoff spot and played many exciting contests throughout the season. One of our players was named to the KVAC first team.

The field hockey team finished the season with a 10 - 4 record placing 5th in Class A North. They earned a quarterfinal match against the 4th seeded Mt. Ararat Eagles and defeated them 2-1 in an exciting game in Topsham. They then moved on to the semifinals but lost to a tough Skowhegan team. Two students were named to the KVAC 1st team All-Conference, and two others were named to the KVAC 2nd team All- Conference.

Our football team started off the season with a bang in an impressive victory over Brewer. We're excited for our strong young core of players and a bright future for the team!

We had 19 people participate in cheering this fall. Thank you for all the spirit, dedication, and enthusiasm you bring to our school!

The Girls Soccer team finished the season with a record of 5-8-1 and finished in 7th place in Class A North. They lost to a very good Camden Hills team in the quarterfinal round of the playoffs. Two players were named to the 2nd team KVAC All-Conference.

Girls Cross Country had an outstanding season and continued the tradition and success of our cross country program. The team finished 5th in the KVAC Championship, 4th in the Northern Class A Regionals and 12th in the Class A State meet. One athlete was named to the KVAC 1st team with a 3rd place finish in that race. This team was named the Class A North Sportsmanship team recipient that was presented to them at the state meet.

The Boys Cross Country team excelled this season as well. The team finished 5th in the KVAC Championship, 5th in the Northern Class A Regionals and 11th in the Class A State meet. One athlete was named to the KVAC first team and placed 11th at the state meet and also qualified for and competed in the New England Championships that were held in Connecticut this past weekend. This team also received the Northern Maine Class A Sportsmanship award. Thank you to both cross-country teams for your continued good sportsmanship.

Finally, we had 20 senior athletes who were recognized for their outstanding performance in the classroom. These all-academic team individuals qualified by maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 90 or above during their 4 years at Mt. Blue.

We are so proud of our athletes who represent our school so well through their dedication, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We value both the wins and the three sportsmanship awards that illustrate the character of our students.

Go Cougars!
