BEGINNING JANUARY 31, 2024, EMPLOYEES MAY REQUEST THEIR FORM 1095-C FROM THE RSU 9 OFFICE OF FINANCE. COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ANY SUCH REQUEST. FORM 1095-C MAY BE PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY SHOULD THE EMPLOYEE AFFIRMATIVELY CONSENT.

Under the recently passed Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (H.R. 3797), effective for 2024 reporting, employers are no longer required to furnish paper copies of IRS Form 1095-C to employees.

In compliance with the new law, this notice on our website, is posted in a clear, conspicuous manner, reasonably accessible to all employees.

The final video production for the KVAC/WMC Cheering Championships will be aired on LCTV (Lincoln County TV) this Saturday, March 13 at 2pm. Winners and Runner-ups will be announced at this time.
