IMPORTANT NOTICE

BEGINNING JANUARY 31, 2024, EMPLOYEES MAY REQUEST THEIR FORM 1095-C FROM THE RSU 9 OFFICE OF FINANCE. COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ANY SUCH REQUEST. FORM 1095-C MAY BE PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY SHOULD THE EMPLOYEE AFFIRMATIVELY CONSENT.

Under the recently passed Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (H.R. 3797), effective for 2024 reporting, employers are no longer required to furnish paper copies of IRS Form 1095-C to employees.

In compliance with the new law, this notice on our website, is posted in a clear, conspicuous manner, reasonably accessible to all employees.

Due to the weather forecast for this afternoon and evening (Oct. 2, 2020), we are cancelling all after school intramural practices and postponing the Friday Night Lights event until tomorrow night (Saturday, Oct. 3). The event will be from 6 - 8 PM.
