Extra and Co-Curricular Activities at MBC May 6 & 7, 2022

Good afternoon,

As a follow-up to this morning’s message, here are the updates to extracurricular activities scheduled for today and tomorrow. Our community event, Eggstravaganza, has been canceled. Our spring play, The Green Bird, will go on as scheduled this evening and Saturday evening. All athletic practices and events will also still be held on both days. Coaches will be reaching out to athletes if any adjustments will be made. SAT testing will take place at MBC on Saturday morning.

Per Superintendent Elkington’s message related to water testing in our district, we will be providing bottled water for our staff and students over the weekend. Other guests should plan to bring their own sources of water. Our restrooms are safe to use, including sinks for handwashing.

Please be sure to follow any signage related to water usage on our campus. We are pleased to be able to continue with our extra-curricular offerings over the weekend and appreciate your adherence to our present expectations. Further details and information regarding our water situation and school next week will be shared by the superintendent’s office over the weekend.
