BEGINNING JANUARY 31, 2024, EMPLOYEES MAY REQUEST THEIR FORM 1095-C FROM THE RSU 9 OFFICE OF FINANCE. COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ANY SUCH REQUEST. FORM 1095-C MAY BE PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY SHOULD THE EMPLOYEE AFFIRMATIVELY CONSENT.

Under the recently passed Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (H.R. 3797), effective for 2024 reporting, employers are no longer required to furnish paper copies of IRS Form 1095-C to employees.

In compliance with the new law, this notice on our website, is posted in a clear, conspicuous manner, reasonably accessible to all employees.

About Mt. Blue Campus

Mt. Blue Campus is located about two miles from downtown Farmington. Farmington (zip 04938) is a small, residential town peacefully nestled in the spectacular lakes & mountains region of western Maine.

Mt. Blue Campus provides students and adults in the Greater Franklin County area with a facility that meets the needs of all learners. Featured as a “community building”, this complex is the location of many educational and civic events. Mt. Blue Campus (MBC) houses three major teaching and learning organizations: Mt. Blue High School, Foster Career and Technical Education Center, and Franklin County Adult Basic Education.

Student Body

Mt. Blue High School is composed of students from surrounding towns including Farmington, Chesterville, Industry, New Sharon, New Vineyard, Starks, Temple, Vienna, Weld, and Wilton. Currently, more than 700 students attend Mt. Blue High School. Foster Career and Technical Education Center pulls more than 100 students from partner schools located in Dixfield, Jay, Rangeley, and Salem Township.
